As part of the Ototechnician role, employees will receive comprehensive cross-training in Front Office Operations and Medical Assisting to support clinic operations, provide coverage during staff absences, and create opportunities for professional growth.
Cross-training responsibilities include the following:
Cross-Training: Medical Assistant Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Audiologist, the Ototechnician may perform Medical Assistant duties within the scope of training and applicable regulations.
Cross-Training: Clerical Support Responsibilities
As part of team-based approach to patient care, this position will be cross-trained to perform Front Office Check-In and Check-Out responsibilities to provide coverage during staff absences, vacations, and periods of high patient volume.

Work hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Minimum Requirements: High School Dipolma, Bi-lingual, and Customer Service.
