SEASONAL Camp Clerical Assistant full-time position
Position Summary:
Provide clerical support to director and related department(s) as assigned.
Essential Functions:
1. Prepares, copies, and distributes documents and information as requested within prescribed timelines.
2. Answers and responds to phone calls as necessary providing excellent customer service.
3. Maintains records and an accurate and organized filing system.
4. Performs general office or department responsibilities as assigned.
5. Manages assigned databases.
6. Maintains a professional, positive customer service environment.
7. Attends staff meetings and trainings.
8. Follows all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Completes reports as necessary.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum age of 16 and at least 2 years of high school.
2. General knowledge of standard business software, excel, word, outlook, business math, and data entry; Microsoft office preferred.
3. Previous experience in clerical office duties preferred.
4. Good human relation, organizational and communication skills.

Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position.
