Exotic Animal Veterinary Assistant in Dennis and Buzzards Bay, MA

As a Veterinary Technician in our ZEMS department, you will work directly with our board-certified zoological medicine specialist and specialized technicians as part of a collaborative and growing clinical care team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent care for both outpatient and inpatient patients
- Perform diagnostics and treatments
- Utilize excellent client communication skills
- Helping to manage chronic and acute cases
- Processing laboratory samples
- Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with procedures
What We’re Looking For
- CVT/RVT/LVT (or eligible and willing to obtain within 6 months)
- Exotic Specialty experience is preferred; strong growth mindset matter most
- A team-first, kind communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments

Schedule and Compensation
- The schedule is Monday through Friday, split between the Dennis and Buzzards Bay locations. There is also a shared holiday rotation.
- Pay range is $17-$21/hr, based on experience, expertise, and equity. Most new hires can expect an offer between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
