We are looking for a Customer Experience Concierge to guide homeowners through every step of their post-sale experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact, coordinating communication, scheduling, and documentation to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality customer journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for customers throughout the post-sale process
- Guide homeowners through expectations, next steps, and project milestones
- Coordinate scheduling with installers, electricians, plumbers, and other partners
- Manage customer communication, updates, and day-before confirmations
- Handle permits, warranty registrations, and rebate documentation
- Support field teams by managing administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
- Ensure every customer receives a consistent, organized, white-glove experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors
