What are the responsibilities and job description for the Second Shift Office position at Cape Cod Express?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer service, computer literacy, data entry, typing, and checking in drivers and taking in their paperwork for the days. Must be dependable and well organized, able to multitask and have a sense of urgency, flexibility to work long hours if needed, answering calls on a multiple in telephone system, redirecting calls to the appropriate department and contact, and other office duties may apply as requested by management. Hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or later, depending on the workload .
