We are growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join us in a hybrid role that combines light administrative work with hands-on cleaning in the field.
Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both organization and action. You'll spend part of your time supporting business operations (lead generation, research, and client follow-up) and part of your time assisting with professional cleaning at client properties.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, self-directed, and interested in learning how a service business operates behind the scenes.
Duties:
Administrative / Office Support (Approx. 40–50%)
- Research local businesses, property managers, and potential clients
- Assist with lead generation and basic outreach
- Help run social media channels
- Support sales follow-up and client communications
- Help prepare quotes, service lists, and internal reports
- Perform light marketing or research tasks as needed
Field Work / Cleaning Support (Approx. 50–60%)
- Assist with commercial and property cleaning projects
- Follow company checklists and quality standards
- Maintain supplies, equipment, and workspaces
- Represent the company professionally on job sites
- Support special projects and turnover cleanings as needed
