Key Responsibilities
The estimated annual earnings for this position are $65,000-$82,500. Base compensation will be determined based on job-related business considerations, such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and skills. This position is eligible to receive performance-based incentive compensation and/or discretionary bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting for a variety of professional and operational positions across the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify talent, build candidate pipelines, and create a positive experience from first contact through hire.
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other creative recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and identify qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep recruiting activity and candidate information accurate and up to date.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities and help expand our campus recruiting efforts.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruiting and networking events.
- Track recruiting activity and help identify opportunities to improve our hiring process.
- Participate in new hire orientation and help maintain orientation and recruiting materials.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and HR projects as assigned.
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
- Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, not just reviewing applications.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and searches at the same time.
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with ADP Recruiting/Workforce Now, LinkedIn, Handshake, or similar recruiting platforms is a plus.
