CapCenter is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead the formation and growth of our mortgage servicing business. The Mortgage Servicing Manager will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing servicing operations while ensuring client value, compliance, and business performance targets are met. This individual will serve as a hands-on leader who embraces innovation, leverages emerging technologies, and drives operational excellence to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Lead the due diligence, design, and successful launch of CapCenter’s mortgage servicing line of business.
- Establish and manage a best-in-class servicing program focused on long-term client retention.
- Ensure rigorous quality control standards that safeguard clients and reflect uncompromising ethics and accountability.
- Leverage digital tools and technology to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends to enhance servicing performance.
- Conduct retain-versus-release pricing analyses in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee reporting, analytics, and continuous optimization of servicing operations.
- Identify, draft, and execute scalable business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mortgage servicing, with a proven record of leadership and operational success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
