Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide training and clear instructions to assembly personnel as needed
• Monitor daily workflow in the assembly area to ensure efficiency and quality
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Serve as a liaison with the Production Manager to address production-related issues
• Create production samples for client approval
• Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and protocols
• Assist Managers and Director in resolving operational issues and tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehousing or a related field
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and production processes
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and personnel
• Effective problem-solving skills to address daily challenges
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Bilingual in Spanish
