Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of all VAS activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client services, receiving, returns) to prioritize and execute VAS tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of VAS activities such as:
- Picking of orders
- Rework/Kitting/De-Kitting
- Quality Inspections
- Client samples
- Line setup and clearance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative coordination or VAS-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and systems.
