Key Responsibilities
- Drive Process Excellence: Analyze workflows, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with operations, quality, inventory, finance and safety teams to streamline performance. Work with internal departments and external vendors to develop process maps, SOPs
- Turn Data into Action: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
- Communicate & Showcase Results: Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to share project outcomes. Present recommendations to management, highlighting innovative solutions and impact.
- Junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Knowledge of logistics, industrial engineering, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Python and Tableau; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced distribution center.
