CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Consultation: Serve as an authority on Bushnell Golf products, offering tailored recommendations across laser rangefinders, GPS devices, and launch monitor technology.
• White-Glove Service: Deliver a premium online interaction that reflects the accuracy, innovation, and excellence synonymous with the Bushnell Golf brand.
• Drive Brand Loyalty: Cultivate high-impact customer interactions that validate Bushnell Golf as the premier choice for golfers who demand exactness on every shot.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Golf & Tech Experience: Proven background with golf, distance measuring devices, and personal launch monitors. Owning, using, or having hands-on familiarity with Bushnell Golf equipment is highly preferred!
• Comparative Analysis: Ability to compare and contrast product features, uses, and specifications—both across the Bushnell Golf lineup and against competing brands—to deliver clear, value-driven recommendations.
• Versatile Communication: Ability to display knowledge and passion through written chat confidently to customers at all knowledge levels, seamlessly adapting from beginner-friendly explanations to in-depth technical discussions with low-handicap golfers.
• Text & Typing Proficiency: Strong ability to communicate clearly, engagingly, and accurately in written text form, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Multitasking Mastery: Ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations with professionalism and accuracy.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Hardware: Desktop or Laptop (Mobile/Tablets not supported)
• Connection: Stable high-speed internet (10mbps ) and reliable audio capability
