We’re a small, center-based ABA program in Paramus focused on high-quality, thoughtful care—not high-volume, chaotic environments.
We’re looking for a BCBA who wants a manageable caseload, a supportive team, and a setting where you can focus on clinical work.
What this role looks like
- Center-based only (no driving between clients)
- Small, consistent caseload (typically 6–7 clients)
- Predictable daytime schedule
- Collaboration with on-site speech and OT providers
- Direct support from clinical leadership
- We keep admin work light — scheduling, billing, and insurance authorizations are handled by our dedicated admin team

What we’re looking for
- BCBA certification (required)
- NJ LBA License (required)
- Experience working with young children with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to run cases independently
