Description
Capable Cubs Therapy is a new ABA center in Paramus, NJ. We specialize in working with young children with autism and their families. The center is furnished with brand new equipment and includes fun learning spaces including a large play area complete with a swing, slide and much more. Currently, we are looking for a few Behavior Technicians to join our team.
All of our services are provided at the center, so there is no travelling necessary! Additionally, our BCBA supervisors are always on site to provide comprehensive training and support.

Minimum Qualifications
- Has experience working with children
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- Has completed the 40-hour RBT training (can be completed within the first month of starting)
- Be of good moral character
- Is a compassionate, patient, and self-motivated individual
Preferred Qualities
- Has experience working in ABA therapy
- Has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Fluent in Spanish or another second language
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy to clients under supervision of BCBA (please note that all our services are provided in our center and no there is no travelling required)
Use data collection system on iPad to track client behavior
Write session notes to detail the programs run and prompts provided
Participate in case management meetings with client therapy team
Maintain professional communication with families
Gain their RBT certification within 3 months of starting the role
Hours
This position is a full-time role.
We are looking for someone who has daytime availability Monday-Friday availability for 35-40 Hours/Week (8:30am-4:30pm) with the addition of one afterschool shift (4:30pm-6:30pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
