Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled CDL Drivers to join our day and night shift teams. The ideal candidates will have experience with end dumps, belly dumps, and/or or pneumatic tanks. Our drivers will be responsible for transporting our material or products safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Operate tanker trucks to transport material to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo,.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent spills or accidents during transportation.
- Perform routine maintenance on the vehicle as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with at least 2 years of experience with CDL (our insurance is unable to count experience outside of the United States)
- Must be 25 years or older to meet insurance requirements
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, specifically with tankers or similar vehicles preferred.
- Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks including dump trucks, tractor-trailers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
