What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at CAP?
Registered Behavior Technician needed to work one-on-one with children with Autism and related disorders implementing a combination of in-home, clinic based and mock preschool programs designed and maintained by Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts. Training is provided and supervision and support is ongoing.
Programs work mainly on increasing functional language and social skills while decreasing problematic behaviors.
Position requires energy, patience, a playful nature and willingness to learn. Reliability is an absolute MUST. Experience working with children with Autism and related disorders with challenging behaviors is preferred. Excellent opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child with special needs while gaining meaningful skills. BCBA certification supervision offered and available.

- Have the RBT credential or obtain within 30 days (paid training)
- Be available 15-30 hours per week with some after school hours
- Be friendly, compassionate, organized and reliable
