As Seafood Restaurant Supervisor (or Assistant Manager**)

Responsibilities:
-Communicate with Owner/Manager for restaurant Operation & Sales
-Communicate with Franchise HQ for general restaurant operation
- Assist customers with their seafood selections and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized Dining & Kitchen area
- Receive, inspect, and stock seafood products
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of seafood inventory
- Provide information to customers regarding different types of seafood, cooking methods, and recipes
- Operate cash register and handle monetary transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of different types of seafood and their characteristics
- Basic math skills for Daily Closing task
- Administrative skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining records
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
