Starting Pay: $20.93-$23.07 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week.

Duties: The position exists to provide services related to residential rental housing and commercial rental property including marketing, application & leasing, tenant relations and involvement in the identification of needed maintenance or improvements. Above all, the property manager works in conjunction with the housing team to provide a safe living environment for CAP’s tenants.

- BA/BS in marketing, business communication, advertising or sales plus three years experience in commercial and residential property management to include Section 42 LIHTC and/or Section 8;
- OR, Non-related BA/BS degree and four years experience as detailed above;
- OR, High school diploma and six years’ experience as detailed above.
