As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and facilities maintenance teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and logging service requests.
• Assigning and tracking maintenance work orders through internal systems.
• Maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports.
• Providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Escalating complex issues and managing challenging customer situations with professionalism.
• Coordinating emergency requests and ensuring protocols are followed.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance or work order systems (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in using databases, CRM platforms, or ticketing systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A willingness to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
