We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Community Manager to lead operations and leasing efforts at our apartment community in Columbus, Ohio. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for both managing the property and leasing apartments, helping to create an exceptional resident experience while maintaining strong occupancy.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, balancing daily property operations with proactive leasing, resident relations, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange day-to-day operations of the apartment community
- Lead leasing activities, including tours, resident follow-up, and lease execution
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor property appearance
- Oversee rent collections, resident communications, and lease compliance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy
- Ensure excellent customer service and resent retention

- Strong leasing and property management experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
- Proficiency with property management software and leasing platforms
