The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is one of the nation’s largest Orthopaedics practices, owned and operated by physicians, with over 60 locations across Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia. With approximately 2,000 employees, working in 28 Divisions, CAO is a growing business with revenues of approximately $250 Million. OrthoMaryland is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to support our growing Baltimore and Carroll County regions. This individual will work directly under the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for strengthening referral sources, increasing brand visibility, and representing OrthoMaryland throughout the local community. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys creating new relationships, and has a strong track record in healthcare or community-based marketing. OrthoMaryland is seeking an energetic, relationship driven Community Liaison to grow our presence throughout Carroll County and surrounding communities. This field-based role focuses on building strong referral relationships with physician offices, urgent care centers, school and athletic departments as well as community organizations while planning and executing local events and sponsorships that elevate our brand. This is a true boots-on-the ground position for someone who thrives in the community, enjoys connecting with people face-to-face and takes pride in representing a 100-year-old orthopaedic practice.
