South Umpqua School District is seeking an Instructional Coach to work
JOB GOAL: Work with administrators and teachers to improve student performance through strength-based instructional coaching, supporting the implementation of best practices, supporting school-wide data processes, leadership for the professional learning community process, and providing targeted support to our newest teachers

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid Oregon Teaching License
- Minimum Five years of elementary classroom teaching preferred
- Background coaching teachers and supporting the implementation of best practices.
- Proven track record of improving student achievement within a classroom or school wide setting
- Experience providing professional development
- Involvement in or leadership of a highly effective professional learning community.

Salary: will be prorated based upon FTE.
Insurance: Generous Health, dental, and vision contribution from the district, currently up to $2,090 (based upon family coverage), prorated based upon FTE.
