Position Summary:
LPN - LVN as supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Under the direction of an RN contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed an LPN or LVN program.
- Must have an active Arizona or Compact LPN License.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Must obtain CPR within 90 days of hire.
