As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the ultimate guide for the patient journey. You will bridge the gap between clinical diagnoses and financial reality, helping patients confidently say "yes" to their health.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Presentation: Translate complex clinical jargon into clear, value-driven treatment plans.
- Financial Solutions: Confidently manage large-case financing ($10k ), map out complex insurance breakdowns (verifications, downgrades), and provide accurate estimates.
- Insurance Claims Processing: Understanding and navigating the complex insurance claim process.
- Systems Management: Keep the schedule and pipeline moving using Dentrix to track and follow up on unscheduled treatment.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with the clinical team to ensure a seamless, upscale patient experience.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2 years in a dental office with a heavy focus on treatment coordination.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix is preferred, but we are open to skills with other practice management softwares.
- Industry Savvy: Deep knowledge of dental coding (CDT), insurance billing, and PPO/FFS dynamics.
- Mindset: An empathetic, confident communicator who loves solving the puzzle of a hesitant patient or a tricky insurance claim.
