What You'll Do as a Canyon Ranch Colleague:
- Inspire, coach, and develop Wellness Guides to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Canyon Ranch vision.
- Design and lead engaging onboarding and continuing education sessions to build confidence and deepen service knowledge.
- Provide ongoing feedback and real-time coaching by observing guest interactions and celebrating successes.
- Collaborate with Wellness Guide leadership to maintain high team performance, adjust staffing needs, and support day-to-day operations.
- Keep training materials, departmental procedures, and communication resources current—ensuring every colleague is informed and empowered.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the same or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the position and industry.
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent education.
- Completion of specialized training in coaching, education, social work, or counseling.
- Specialized training may include wellness or life coaching, teaching, social services, or counseling.
Pay Range: $24.52 - $29.81
