Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Ensures the smooth, efficient operation and pristine appearance of Canyon Ranch Vitality spaces.
- Delivers world-class guest service by welcoming guests, explaining concepts and benefits, and assisting with equipment setup and use.
- Serves as a knowledgeable resource on Vitality technology, equipment, and the benefits of each space.
- Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of all areas, including stocking supplies, refreshments, and completing opening/closing procedures.
- Sells and processes retail items and manages guest scheduling using Canyon Ranch software.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
- Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
