WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to Canyon Ranch’s exceptional standards, ensuring every space is spotless, comfortable, and guest-ready.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and removing trash to maintain a pristine environment.
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, and ensure each room is presented with attention to detail and care.
- Replenish guest amenities, supplies, and linens while maintaining organized storage areas and housekeeping standards.
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning projects to preserve the quality, cleanliness, and appearance of guest accommodations.
- Inspect completed rooms for quality and report readiness while delivering outstanding service that supports an exceptional guest experience and upholds Canyon Ranch service standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or a related service-focused environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest room presentation.
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively and completing assigned rooms within established quality standards.
- Perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, bending, reaching, and working with cleaning equipment and products throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members while following established procedures and maintaining a positive, service-focused attitude.
- Take pride in creating welcoming, comfortable guest spaces through reliability, consistency, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The pay rate for this position starts at $25/hour.
