WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Provides high-quality nursing care and health guidance to guests by assessing needs, and identifying risks.
- Reviews and evaluates health questionnaires, conducts pre-arrival consultations, and delivers health education, counseling, referrals, and wrap-up sessions.
- Collaborates with physicians and health and healing practitioners to implement prescribed treatment plans for guests on-site and post-stay.
- Performs and supports medical tests, procedures, screenings, and medication administration in accordance with scope of practice and Canyon Ranch policies.
- Responds to emergent and non-emergent situations, follows standard operating procedures, and maintains daily emergency equipment checks.
- Completes required documentation, maintains medical records and databases, coordinates follow-up care, and ensures continuity of care across departments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Registered Nurse (RN) credential from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, active state Nursing License and CPR certification for healthcare providers.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong teamwork, multitasking, independent decision-making skills, with flexibility and adaptability to change
