WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and promptly seating them at perfectly set tables.
- Support restaurant operations by monitoring table availability, balancing seating, and assisting with side work before, during, and after shifts.
- Gain and maintain knowledge of healthy cuisine and spa offerings to answer guest questions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and standards throughout the dining venue, including restrooms, lounge areas, and mocktail stations.
- Complete administrative tasks such as server counts, menu abstracting, and filing, and report guest concerns or complaints to supervisors.
Position will be onsite in Spicewood, TX beginning 9/21/2026.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests.
- Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage (non-fast food) preferred.
- Position requires regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.
- Food Handler’s certification may be required depending on assignment.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.19/hour.
The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
