Job Overview
We are looking for someone who can paint (more in the winter) and assist with landscaping, including irrigation/sprinkler work (very important), managing plants, hedge trimming, ride on lawn mowers, edging, weed whacking,
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting cleaning, sanding, plastering, or applying primers experience with paint sprayers and rollers preferred,
- Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision, utilizing airless paint spraying and brush/roller techniques.
- Attention to detail in taping work.
- Perform landscape work including planting, mulching, lawn maintenance, and design if interested.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and scaffolding safely while maintaining adherence to safety standards on construction sites.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience Painting
- 1 year experience Landscaping
- Willing to learn and be directed
- Have an ability to meet at our site in West Jordan
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- US work authorization required
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work with little or no supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
