Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and guide them through the treatment process with warmth and professionalism
- Clearly explain recommended treatment plans, procedures, and associated financial options
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless patient care
- Verify insurance coverage and prepare accurate treatment estimates
- Schedule procedures and follow-up appointments with precision and care
- Maintain tracking information and patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Provide top-notch friendly customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in dental office settings is helpful
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing
- A friendly, upbeat attitude with a focus on exceptional patient service
- Excellent organizational and data tracking abilities
