As a Hydrovac Operator, you will support our construction operations by loading, transporting and unloading equipment, supplies, and earthen materials. All truck drivers must have a valid CDL A (class-A commercial driver's license) with tanker endorsement. Truck drivers operate specialized trucks to move earth, equipment, tools and materials safely into place.

As a Hydrovac Operator, you will support our construction operations by loading, transporting and unloading equipment, supplies, and earthen materials. Truck drivers operate specialized trucks to move earth, equipment, tools and materials safely into place.
What You'll Do
- Drive and operate a truck outfitted with a hydro vacuum excavation implement
- When needed potentially operate a variety of vehicles once certified such as, dump truck, sweepers, flatbeds, tankers, snowplow, boom lift
- Haul Material to and from jobsites
- Using a hand shovel to dig and clean up soil, sand, and gravel.
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections
- Keeping daily log to track production
- Preforming regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment
- Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
- Other tasks as requested by leadership
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) with tanker endorsement
- Skill to operate equipment near workers and underground utilities
- Knowledge of DOT regulations pertaining to commercial vehicles

- Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
- All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
- Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
- Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
- Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card
