The Administrative Assistant of Technology will support Canyon Operations by ensuring Canyon team members have the right technology for the right role.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for ensuring hardware such as laptops, phones, and iPads are in working condition and assigned to correct individuals.
- Work with Centauri’s IT team to assign access to the correct software for each device as it relates to specific roles. They would be instrumental in updating the inventory to match needs and to get rid of old devices that no longer work or are out of date.
- Assist in hardware related IT needs such as setting up monitors and docking stations, getting devices repaired, and potentially working with IT to troubleshoot servers and other miscellaneous IT needs arise inside Canyon.
- Be the point of contact for managers regarding their need to order additional devices for new employees or employees promoted to roles that the devices are needed.
What You'll Have
- High School diploma or GED;
- Experience or aptitude working with Technology
- Education or seeking education related to IT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
- Organized, able to track inventory and keep accurate records

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Expected to work 15-25 hours per week on average
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office,
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Legal Stuff
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
