What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Canyon Motel?
The front desk agent is responsible for the arrival and departure of each guest. The front desk agent is also responsible for the taking of reservations, answering the phone with etiquette, taking messages for the General Manager and other employees with confidentiality, resolving guest questions and/or concerns, and the general cleaning and maintenance of the lobby/cafe area. Each front desk worker will be expected to complete and initial all duties on their check list. There will be times that the employee will be asked to perform additional tasks that are outside of their job description.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
