Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and complete.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide comprehensive guest services including local information, directions, and concierge assistance to enhance their stay.
