Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office

Are you an energetic, organized, and friendly person who loves working with children and families?! Our growing pediatric dental office is looking for a warm and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

As one of the first people our patients and parents meet, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive, fun, and caring experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying insurance and processing payments
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Helping create a fun, welcoming environment for our young patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous front office, receptionist, or customer service experience (dental or medical experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person)
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with children and parents
