What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN On Call position at Canyon Home Care & Hospice LLC?
RN to assist with on-call on the weekends. This RN will monitor Microsoft Teams communications from the team, watch for referrals, coordinate and accept/decline them. Also assist with OASIS visits needed on weekends.
RN with both Home health and Hospice experience preferred but not required.
