Role Description
This is a PRN role for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) located in Ogden, UT. The PTA will work closely with patients to implement rehabilitative treatments, assist in exercise programs, and provide support to Physical Therapists in delivering quality care. Daily tasks may include assisting patients with mobility, monitoring progress, and documenting treatment sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience in working with individuals in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy assisting (or related field)
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Current CPR certification
