Field employee complaints/grievances- report to Director when needed
Manage employee files and child files, ensuring they are up to date- .
Take over for the director in their absence.
Assist director in managing day-to-day activities
Create instructional resources for use in the classroom.
Develop academic programs.
Monitor students and teachers for progress.
Train, encourage, supervise and mentor teachers and other staff.
Administer record keeping for employee files
Maintain rapport with parents.
Handle tours and marketing.
Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards.
Willing to support/teach and develop a Christian curriculum
Establish performance goals and objectives.
Explain or answer procedural questions.
Hire, train, and evaluate teachers.
Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
Examine learning materials.
Review instructional objectives and adjust accordingly.
Meet with other administrators, parents, and community organizations.
Assist teachers in rooms as needed
Other duties as assigned

Able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to bend, twist, reach, get up and down off the floor
Ability to engage in active play with children
Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day
Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
