What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Canyon Club Condominium HOA?
We are seeking an HOA Maintenance Technician to help maintain the property's public areas and amenities. This role involves ensuring safety, completing routine and emergency repairs, and providing excellent service by fulfilling resident maintenance requests/work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely response to emergency maintenance requests.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Perform regular inspections of public areas and amenities to identify maintenance requirements.
- Report necessary repairs and safety issues to supervisors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents by addressing their requests and concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with the HOA Board and office staff on repair status and updates.
- Maintain public areas, including grounds, landscaping, and amenities.
- Provide on-call availability for emergency maintenance.
- Attend required training and comply with HOA management policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability for on-call duties.
- Ability to perform snow and ice removal.
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to understand and execute detailed instructions.
- Proven property maintenance/handyman experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.81 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
