What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Manager Retail position at Canyon Associates?
Will work directly with owners/operator teams to support their implementation of third-party Vendor systems per back of house management and Vendor teams to learn, enhance, and understand their systems.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supports Vendors
- Liaison to facilitate all facets of the relationship including communication, support, troubleshooting, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with any issues around existing vendor integrations, vendor integration enhancements, and offboarding/deprecations.
- Participation in regular reviews of Support cases, Vendor meetings, webinars, and working sessions.
- Maintains daily/weekly/monthly tasks for vendor integrations
- Engaged in new Vendor integration configurations/rollouts

1-4-years of experience
- Back office Retail experience
- Inventory, Scheduling, Payroll (all part of vendor software)
- Troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience implementing software solutions in day-to-day business operations preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
