What are the responsibilities and job description for the SuccessFactors Specialist position at Canyon Associates?
Full time ONSITE position USC or GC mandatory
Must have hands on configuration of either Employee Central or Compensation module
Will be responsible for stakeholder management, business liaisons, understanding the business processes and functional requirements, translating that into technical specifications, designing the solution and development and ongoing maintenance. Will be required to collaborate with business teams/HR Ops Teams, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants and IT counterparts.
Will:
* Drive the technologies that enable Compensation in SAP Successfactors along with Employee Central. Oversee and contribute to the development of HR technology, and execute the objectives catering to Rewards and Recognitions Programs in a high growth environment.
* Execute the implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity, focus on the use of AI and automation to drive these efficiencies.
* Conduct Security and Architecture reviews: work with HR Total Rewards and Benefits team, HR Vendors, Internal Security and Architecture teams to facilitate design reviews for new development.
* Lead project management with offshore development centers, consultants and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the core areas of Compensation, Recognition, Stocks Awards and Variable Pay
* Collaborate and coordinate project activities with the various Centers of Excellence in HR and HR Operations teams on HR processes in Total Rewards and Benefits
* Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & addressing continuous improvement opportunities
* Adhere to global governance, project activities, documentation and all necessary SOX and compliance requirements for internal and external audit and governance
* Independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution Function as central coordinator and lead developer, balancing priorities for the areas of responsibility, working with our team in India, tracking SLA progress against plans
* Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP Successfactors development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research and implement in our environment within project guardrails
Required Qualifications
* 5 years of relevant experience.
* In depth knowledge of SuccessFactors mainly in the area of Employee Central or Compensation
* Hands on in configuration and development
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of HR business processes, with SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Compensation and/or Variable Pay)
* Experience with Business Rules configuration and exposure to CPI
* PMP certification
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
