Canventa Life Sciences is seeking a Manager, Donor Center Production to join our team!


As the Manager, Donor Center Production, you will play a key role in coordinating daily donor center operations, production planning, and donor scheduling. You will supervise the administrative team, ensuring all donor communication is thorough, professional, and aligned with customer requirements.


Reporting directly to the Nurse Director, Clinical Operations, you will bridge the gap between customer expectations, manufacturing priorities, and clinical staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate regularly with the Operations and Manufacturing Planning teams to assess request feasibility and contribute to process improvement initiatives that optimize donor data collection.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise donor scheduling operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure effective donor communication and support
  • Coordinate donor collection and production planning with Manufacturing and Production teams to meet capacity and customer needs
  • Optimize workflows and processes by analyzing scheduling needs, identifying improvements, and developing systems that enhance donor activities, efficiency, and service delivery
  • Maintain donor data and reporting integrity by ensuring accurate, timely entry of donor information, generating reports as needed, and safeguarding the confidentiality of donor records
  • Foster donor engagement and retention through collaboration with donor recruitment, marketing, and donor center teams


Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Diploma in healthcare or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 2–3 years of donor/patient scheduling experience and demonstrated people leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in patient-facing or donor clinic operations with strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, databases, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel; experience with Electronic Health Records, SAP, and accounting is an asset
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement

Salary : $100,000 - $113,000
