LeafFilter is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives (Canvassers). In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners to introduce and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement solutions.This is a door-to-door, outdoor position requiring individuals who are comfortable working in all weather conditions and enjoy interacting with people. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing within assigned local territories. Mostly in the Houston area but our territory goes from Conroe all the way to Galveston.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team through direct homeowner engagement
- Perform quick exterior home assessments (training provided) to identify potential customer needs
- Use a consultative sales approach to educate homeowners on LeafFilter products and services
- Build rapport, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to optimize canvassing routes and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and report results to management
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors daily in varying weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Local travel required
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
