Job Title: Journeyman Cyber Security Specialist

Location: Robins AFB, GA (On-site)

Duties

• Assist in governing all systems covered by AFLCMC/WIA including Research and Science Computing Services, as well as systems and applications which reside on AFLCMC/WIA managed, owned, or operated infrastructure, including connections and interfaces to cloud services.
• Scope encompasses all functions and services needed to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of AFLCMC/WIA data and associated systems.
• Provide support for incidents and incident reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD or other United States Government (USG) ISR/SOF Organizations.
• OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
• Has the knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to perform full range of Cybersecurity tasks.
• Can typically work independently and applies the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise.
• Has the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines. Work is performed independently or under the oversight of more senior employees. (Program Office and Staff Level Support interface.)
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related Field (Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security.)
• Three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD or other United States Government (USG) ISR/SOF organizations.
• Experience in EXACTA, RMF, Vulnerability Analyses, CEIRs, POAMs
  
  

Security Clearance: The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
