Canvas Heritage Team at Y Realty is seeking motivated Florida real estate agents who are ready to build a consistent, profitable business—not simply hang their license.
We provide structured coaching, accountability, lead-generation strategies and opportunities in residential resale, luxury real estate, land, new construction and custom homes.

Our Production Goal
Our goal is to help committed agents build toward approximately 1.5 transactions per month.
We provide the coaching, systems and support, but success requires consistent effort, prospecting, follow-up and participation in team activities.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a database and active pipeline
- Complete daily lead-generation and follow-up activities
- Attend coaching, accountability and team meetings
- Professionally represent buyers and sellers
- Track appointments, contracts, closings and production goals
- Participate in training, events, open houses and business-development opportunities
- Uphold the standards of Canvas Heritage Team and Y Realty

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
