What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Program Coordinator position at Canvas II, LLC.?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team to support the 96 Test Wing.
Duties
- Gather data, prepare briefing materials, and compose background papers in coordination with internal and external stakeholders for formal presentations.
- Make oral and/or written presentations of financial budget data, training metrics and status, deployment/readiness status, and awards/decorations processing actions.
- Monitor customer coordination systems, OMAHA, and others for applicable task distribution and responses.
- Develop plans for implementing new reporting requirements, personnel processing procedures to conform to program changes, and processing methods for using automated systems and information technology systems.
- Develops and implements schedules to complete documentation of equipment and assets.
- Accomplish periodic management, program assessment, and other routine reports validating format and compilation completeness.
- Track expenditure status for fiscal budget and budgeting actions.
- Enact event-specific protocol-driven procedures.
- Develop administrative procedures and support for program meetings and travel.
- Manage the Decorations and Awards program for military personnel, Officer Evaluation Reports, enlisted Evaluation Reports, and PRFs. Serve as lead in the organization for Electronic Records Management (ERM) as Functional Area Records Manager (FARM).

Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in an applicable discipline with 3 to 10 years of experience.
- 6 years’ work experience OR Associate's Degree plus 4 years’ work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Other Essential Job Functions
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite software and the OMAHA coordination application.
- Must possess effective, technical, communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to work effectively either independently or as part of a test team.
