We're currently growing our team and actively looking for folks interested in joining a non-traditional brokerage with a fast-paced, hands-on, "pressure-makes-diamonds" approach to sales.

What You WILL Be Doing:
- Talking to investors and building intentional, sustainable relationships
- Connecting said investors with properties that meet their purchasing criteria
- Moving fast & pivoting constantly—no day looks the same here!!
- Communicating. Communicating. Communicating. - with teammates AND buyers
What You'll Need:
- An Active Tennessee Real Estate License (Affiliate Broker) OR ability to obtain one
- To cover your own Realtor/MLS dues (1099 life)
- A competitive yet coachable attitude
- A full-time commitment to the grind and a driven mindset
