Field Fabrication & Install Lead — Shade Structures

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday Off (Overtime as Needed)

What You’ll Lead

Field Execution

• Lead and support the installation of awnings and shade systems at residential and commercial sites
• Plan and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each job
• Be the on-site point of contact, setting expectations and delivering great service
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
• Use power tools and installation equipment efficiently

Shop Production

• Assist with assembly, fabrication, and product preparation
• Install and fit fabric to frames for finished systems
• Package, stage, and load materials for upcoming projects
• Collaborate across shop and field teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Required

• 2 years in construction, installation, or related hands-on roles
• Proficient with power tools and measuring equipment
• Mechanical aptitude; accurate tape measure reading
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow

Preferred

• Positive attitude; team-first mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ownership mentality with independent problem-solving

Physical & License Requirements

• Lift/carry up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using ladders and aerial lifts
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the day
• Work indoors/outdoors in changing weather
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to operate company vehicles

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
