Canton Motorcars is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Master Mazda Technician to join our growing service team. We are a multi-brand dealership representing Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Volvo, and we are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and repair Mazda vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform advanced diagnostics, electrical repairs, and complex mechanical repairs
- Complete maintenance and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Utilize Mazda diagnostic equipment and technical resources
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional needed repairs
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Complete repairs correctly and efficiently the first time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians
- Provide exceptional workmanship and contribute to a positive customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mazda Master Technician certification preferred
- Strong experience diagnosing and repairing Mazda vehicles
- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Ability to use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Own basic hand tools required for the position
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
