Pay: $25–$45 per flag hour, based on experience and certifications.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford procedures when applicable
• Communicate repair needs with Service Advisors
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical training

What We're Looking For

• Automotive repair experience preferred
• Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE and manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to complete required Ford training
